*The fees listed apply to returning clients. New clients attending an Initial Consultation are subject to an additional $10 Initial Consultation Fee, which covers a comprehensive assessment, health history review, and treatment planning.

Health Fund Rebates are available for Remedial Massage Therapy and when combined with other complementary therapies (Dry Needling, Myofascial Cupping, Craniosacral Therapy). You are responsible to check with your Private Health Funds if they cover ‘Remedial Massage’ service. It may be covered by default or ‘extras’. To know the level of coverage per session or the waiting period, please refer to your Private Health Fund.
Generally, gift vouchers cannot be used with Private Health Funds unless you paid for this.
If it is your first time receiving Dry Needling from Massage Masters Australia, you are required to fill in a consent form even if you have received Dry Needling from another clinic.
Payments & Private Health Insurance
For your convenience, payments can be made using HICAPS, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay and JCB.
If you have eligible private health insurance cover for Remedial Massage, you can conveniently process your claim at the clinic using your physical health fund card or your insurer’s digital membership card or QR code (where supported).
If you have prepaid for your appointment through Cliniko, any applicable private health insurance rebate will need to be claimed directly with your health fund after your appointment, in accordance with your insurer’s claiming process.
Attendance
I ask of you as the client to respect the time I or you have allocated for the treatment. Please try to arrive at least 5-10 mins before your booking time especially if you’re a new client as you’ll be required to fill in a confidential client information form.
Cancellation/Reschedule of Appointment:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so as early as possible through the cancel link in your email that confirmed your appointment, respond to the SMS message to cancel your appointment, email info@massagemasters.com.au or leave a voice message to 02 9550 6110.
