Payment & Delivery
Gift vouchers can be purchased securely via PayPal or Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and JCB). Please note that American Express is not available.

All gift vouchers are delivered digitally via email, typically within 24 hours. If you would like to include a custom name or message, this can be added after purchase. Please ensure to check your inbox (and spam folder) for confirmation from massagemastersnewtown@gmail.com.

Using Your Gift Voucher
Gift vouchers may be redeemed toward any available treatment. If a longer session is desired and availability permits, additional time can be requested, with any price difference payable at the time of booking or appointment.

Private Health Fund Claims
Gift vouchers are not eligible for Private Health Fund rebates. As vouchers are typically purchased by a third party, the recipient is not considered the paying client for claiming purposes.

If you are unsure, we recommend confirming directly with your health fund provider.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Validity
Gift vouchers purchased from 8th of May 2026 are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers purchased prior to this date with no stated expiry will continue to be honoured and remain valid.

2. Redemption
Gift vouchers may be redeemed for massage treatments or services offered at the clinic at the time of booking. Vouchers must be presented at the appointment either in its physical or digital document.

3. Non-Refundable
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you made a mistake with purchasing a Gift Voucher, please contact us in writing (by email) as soon as possible to request a review. Expect refunds to be processed within 3–5 business days.

4. Booking Policy
Appointments are subject to availability. Standard booking and cancellation policies apply. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the voucher.

5. Partial Use
If the value of the treatment is less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance may be used toward a future session within the voucher’s validity period.

6. Price Adjustments
If treatment prices change, gift vouchers will be honoured for the monetary value paid, not the duration or service originally listed. This will take place after 8th of May 2026

7. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Gift vouchers should be treated as cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided.

8. Transferability
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are transferable and should be treated as cash. Gift vouchers from Massage Masters Australia cannot be resold.

9. Extensions
Expiry extensions may be considered at the discretion of the clinic in special circumstances (e.g. illness or hardship).
