Appointments

All sessions are by appointment. Each booking reserves dedicated time specifically for you to receive personalised treatment.


Cancellations

Policy to be effective from 8th of May 2026

  • Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice: No charge

  • Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of the session fee

  • No-shows: 100% of the session fee

Note: If the appointment time is successfully filled by another client, the cancellation fee will not apply.

Fees are intended to cover reserved appointment time. Late cancellations or missed appointments prevent other clients from accessing care and result in lost clinic time.

We understand that unexpected illness occurs or genuine emergencies happen. Fees may be waived or reduced at the practitioner’s discretion in cases of unexpected hardship. For cancellations within 24 hours due to illness, a medical certificate may be requested to waive the cancellation fee.

Please make sure to reach out to us by email if any changes occur to your contact details. This ensures you are receiving appointment notifications that will include a link to cancel your appointment at any time.


Late Arrivals

To ensure fairness to all clients, late arrivals may result in session time reduced to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. Full session fees will still apply

Where possible, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time.


Missed Appointments

Missed appointments or repeated last-minute changes may affect your ability to secure future bookings.

Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change and aim to be as accommodating as possible.

However, frequent rescheduling may impact appointment availability for other clients. In such cases, future bookings may require a deposit or be subject to additional booking conditions.


Practitioner Discretion

We are committed to maintaining a professional and safe environment.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a session where appropriate, including:

  • Late arrival that significantly impacts the session

  • Inappropriate behaviour

  • Situations where treatment is not clinically suitable or contraindicated (no charges apply)

Any decisions will be communicated respectfully and professionally.
